Fire breaks out in Weaverville

A fire broke out at a single-wide trailer around 3 pm Thursday (July 24) on Twin Ridge Drive in Weaverville. It was not immediately known if anyone was at home at the time or the extent of the damage. Emergency personnel from the Weaverville, Jupiter, Reems Creek and Reems Creek-Beaverdam District fire departments responded to the fire, which shut down Twin Ridge Drive for a period of time.
